Refund and Cancellation Policy

$99 GrowthIQ Audit

A cancellation request made before fulfillment begins may be reviewed for cancellation. Once work begins or a report is delivered, refund requests are reviewed against the order record, work performed, payment status, and the circumstances of the request.

Exceptions and disputes

GrowthIQ does not automatically promise or issue exceptional refunds, chargeback concessions, or other financial exceptions. Those matters are escalated to Royal Rising Capital LLC for review and are not represented as completed unless the payment processor confirms the action.

Early-access reservations

An early-access reservation is a refundable $49 credit for a future service option, not a purchase of immediate service. You may cancel before activation through the secure customer portal. If GrowthIQ cannot offer a mutually accepted activation by the recorded outer date, it requests a full refund to the original payment method. The portal remains Refund Pending until provider confirmation is recorded.
